The Bible & How we get it

• The holy Bible is the main source of teaching within the Coptic Orthodox Church along with a no. of other sources such as Tradition, early Fathers writing, Ecumenical councils and Liturgical text.

• Biblical criticism among non-Christian scholars has grown dramatically during the second half of the 20th century.

This short course provided an overview of the main key terms and concepts used by the scholars’ community to defend the unity and authenticity of the Holy Bible against the claimed Biblical criticism.
